Skunks

Skunks have a skin that is a combination of black and white, with a particular smell about them. They are conventionally small in size, ranging in between 50cm to 80cm. Their mouths are projected outwards in a narrow point. They can dig their way into cozy undergrounds, which gives them shelter. Whereas hibernation is a common feature displayed by many, skunks do not particularly hibernate during winters. It becomes a season of lethargy for them and they are rarely seen on an active schedule during that weather. Their footprints can be closely related to that of bears, but they are relatively smaller in size. Similar to bears, the whole surface of their feet touches the ground, they walk on, which leads to the synonymous appearance. Skunk infestation is a trouble, people of Toronto, Ontario face quite frequently. They have one physical limitation that they are not experts in climbing heights, which somehow restricts their entry areas. But their digging behavior can be a nuisance in itself.
