Shelby and Christian were both sous-chefs in D.C. pre-Covid, then everything shut down. After being laid off within a day of each other, they began laying the groundwork for Sour Dog Concepts, a vegan meal prep, and snack company. Sour Dog is a direct reflection of how chefs Shelby and Christian live their lives. Whole food plant-based, healthy, and active. With a strong focus on zero waste, sustainability, and ecological responsibility, they strive to nourish and educate people about embracing a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet.
