If you aren’t home when a delivery is made, the delivery man will typically leave your order at your doorstep. We advise that you place your meals in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery, as there are items that are temperature sensitive.
You can contact the restaurant/s responsible for your order and if you still facing any problem you can contact us on helpontheway@meals4us.com
Currently, we don't have a minimum number of meals.
All you need to do is reheat in the microwave! It will take 3-5 minutes (are the plates of restaurants microwavable or we shall make other instructions??)
Before your order is placed in the processing stage , you'll see your order's status. If you’d like to modify or change your order, go ahead and cancel your order and then place a new order,however, once your meals are shown as being prepared , your card has been charged. We aren't able to stop the delivery for that order.

If your password isn't working, click "Forgot password" and we'll send you an email to help you reset it.
If you forgot the email address on file, email us on our mail helpontheway@meal4us.com and we will solve your problem ASAP.
It depends on whether you are choosing your weekly meals from the same restaurants or different restaurants and their available days , if you have chosen the same day for all your meals you will get them on it, you have the freedom to choose the days from our restaurant schedule. You are the master of your delivery date!

Every restaurant has its specific days of delivery, you can choose your suitable day and hour from the available timing and mark-check them and you will have your order accurately on the chosen date.
No, no subscription at all, no fees to take or obligations to continue with us. You are in complete control.
